As much as I want to believe it was us (And will be waiting for any NASCAR driver to say tast, great or "front end of Newman's car" in an interview, it's probably one of those things that's so obvious that it develops independently

Like I've heard of two comedians arguing over who came up with a joke first to the point where they no longer speak, but in the end they both came up with it independently because it wasn't the most original observation

With ARCA, their cars confuse the throttle and brake pedals every time someone spins, it happens so often that it's not exactly unlikely that everyone watching the race said the same thing, particularly at Daytona where it's usually them at their worst, but there's another race the next hour/day for people to compare and say "hey, those guy didn't just like in the arca race.....hmmm is there a snappier way of saying this?"
