Busch made sure no one could challenge Denny. Turns out Kyle has no interest in winning the Daytona 500

pardon?

He let Denny infront at the restart, did nothing with his run on the backstretch, then massively blocked Logano in the tri-oval ruining his own and anyone else's chances. At what point did he try to win the race?

Much better than I expected, but that's not saying a lot.

All things considered, not terrible. Not the winner I wanted, but it is what it is.

Someone actually counted these race results and the Bouldermobile had the most IIRC so they are technically the best
Highlight of Speedweeks right here!

Race was better than expected, credit where it's due. Gutted for the 47.

How I got through this race: excessive amounts of alcohol.

First 185 laps weren't too bad, at least not what I was expecting. Once they started the demolition derby it got stupid in a hurry.

Now before every F1 race at Barcelona or something we we just need Chase Carey to get the F1 drivers together and say "I know you want to fuel/tyre/engine save but remember, we're putting on a show today boys, don't let the fans down..." and suddenly every race will be full of passing and excitement.
EVEN MONACO

That's what it seems like. I've seen worse races.

Besides, considering how last year's race went, I like this race. Granted, I've seen better, but definitely not the worst I've seen.

It was better than 2016 and 2017's races. I think people forget how bad those races were, especially 2016.

The problem is that once we reached those last 15 laps (well, scheduled laps) the racing descended into pure, hopeless carnage. Sure, the last run to the checkers was decent but the field was so depleted that it sort of ruined the suspense.

Try to watch this on Nascar YT channel once released, I have the impression that it was way better with no commercial breaks during green flag. It was awesome on the Brazillian broadcast which respect this.

It was better than I expected, far better in fact.

The only thing I said to my dad was it seemed like the real drivers got out after the first red flag and went home and the monkeys from the first Jumanji film took over driving duties, but other than that is was a fairly good race.
