So was the rest of the field sandbagging all year letting Kevin and Kyle win all the races, and now it's go time?

Disappointing amount of splitter damage though, not quite knocked out of it yet?

Well, he didn't get ahead when he actually controlled the restart so I don't know how good his chances are now that he's third.
