Also running in the area includes the big Driven2SaveLives BC39 race for the USAC Midgets at the IMS Dirt Track, USAC Silver Crown & ARCA/CRA Super Series at IRP, USAC Sprint Cars at Gas City & Kokomo, & the 3 Hour Figure 8 Endurance Race at the Speedrome.

Also on the short track / stock car side this weekend includes: the biggest Dirt Super Late Model race of the year - that being the World 100 at Eldora, NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour at Riverhead, NASCAR Pinty's Series at St. Eustache, CARS Tour at Orange County, Super DIRTcar Big Block Modifieds at Le RPM / Drummond, ISMA Supermodifieds / Granite State Pro Stocks at Star, Southern Modified Racing Series at Caraway & NASCAR PEAK Mexico at Pubela.

I got Jamie McMurray in the Random Fantasy Game. The entry list for the ARCA race might be among the biggest they've had on a short track all year.

I think he actually had a top 10 in that wreckfest at Indy a couple of years ago.

Do yourself a favor and watch the rebroadcast of the BC39 midget race tomorrow on NBCSN. I know we joke about how that race would be the best of the weekend, but the race was actually really awesome. A 9/10 race from me, maybe a 10/10.

The whole weekend could be a washout. Indy is expecting some 5-6" of rain over the next 2 days.

Just cancel the race now and spare us from the boredom

ARCA is still trying to get the race in tonight. Qualifying was already canceled. If they can't get it in, they will try tomorrow along the USAC Silver Crown race.

Gas City already canceled for tonight & Eldora postponed the World 100 to their October Last Call weekend for the final 2 nights (12th & 13th, with WoO Sprints on the 14th) with the forecast of flooding rains & heavy winds. Not looking good at all for racing this weekend in the Midwest & the East Coast.

They haven't had one on track session so far, so that could be worth a few punctures/setup related lols early on, I guess
