Surprised a topic for this race weekend hasn't been started yet.

As I write this, Xfinity practice is currently underway but is in a holding pattern after Brandon Jones hit the wall in 3 & 4.

So SHR not really skipping a beat here with the switch to Ford. Kind of seems the organization is the same as well.. 4 & 41 then 14 & 10.

As much as I love to spew out Ford's true acronym (Fucked On Race Day), I enjoy fans who think SHR to Ford is going to be a disaster for them eat crow even more, especially after the 500. Shows you how much they know.

Shows how little manufacturer means anymore other than providing the $$$. Cars are all the same between makes. All about the team.

Well it seems Ford was really hell bent on making SHR competitive right from the start. We will see how they stack up vs Penske after a few races. I personally think they will take over the top spot at Ford and eventually another Ford team will jump on the Dodge bandwagon.

looks like harvick has the smart strategy - save your tires for the first part of the segment then use em to run everybody down at the end
