Last year's Vegas race at least had comers and goers in the top 5 due to tire wear.

Not saying NASCAR is slow to react but i think Grandpa Simpson could've threw the yellow for that wheel faster than NASCAR did

Let's be fair, it was int he middle of a round of pitstops, plus it's not like some moron ran after it endangering himself or anything.
