Harvick ran it out of gas.

This is gonna be a fun restart. Hopefully Sorenson, Darnell, Annett, or Keller can steal one.

The race became anti-climatic when Harvick ran out of fuel. :yuk:

Oh well, on to the Brickyard.

Back from the ARCA/Truck race. Truck race was okay, got interesting towards the end. What didn't help it of course is having a third of the field park within 30 laps. ARCA was pretty good, finish is the best I've seen at Kentucky in person.

I had my scanner with me,listening to some of the teams was kinda funny. Brian Scott was getting on his crew about repairs, when Crafton got penalized,he kept dropping the F bomb on the scanner. Ickler did it later on,I had his frequency on when he crashed, heard him shouting on it before he said "We're in it".

During the ARCA race,I had Race Control on,poor ol' James Hylton must've gotten black flagged 10 times, mostly for speeding on pit road and one or two other related penalties. I think Mikey Kile had a couple penalties as well.

What year was it that the Nationwide race got rained out and it was held on a Sunday, the same day as a cup race in Michigan? If I am not mistaken, it was Todd Bodine and Greg Biffle came across the line in a dead heat, with Biffle spinning across the line with the win I think. That to me was just a tad better than last night, but not by much.

That was at Darlington wasn't it? Same race weekend as the classic Craven-Busch finish and I know it was postponed due to rain...

Yup that weekend had 3 epic finishes in the Top 3 NASCAR series IIRC.

No the Darlington monday finish you are thinking of was between Todd Bodine and Jamie McMurray. They both touched off the 4th corner and Mike Joy thought McMurray had it til he spun and slammed the inside wall and Bodine slid past for the win.

Yep June 16th, 2002. Todd Bodine actually got the win, but a very exciting finish!

Bodine actually turned into Jamie and wrecked him iirc.
