Honestly when they came back from a break and that was the first thing seen I'd thought he'd rolled.

NASCAR usually throw a caution if someone farts near the race track, but nah we'll just wait for everyone to run over this bumper bar before we throw a yellow

Not for the first time. Seems when there's actual debris even an idiot can see, they wait til someone hits it.

He already cost himself, does he really have to come to a complete stop?

I really need to stop getting my hopes up and making bold predictions. Guess I'll never learn

Was at the track watching from the entry of turn #1. Kinda shocked it wasn't a complete junkfest. Was a snoozer at parts but there was some decent bits too. Bummer for Hemric. Didn't pass any cars so don't see why he needed to give up 14 spots. Overall was a fun day, 90% sure that I'm going tomorrow for the Cup race as I was given a free ticket from a friend who had a extra.

also daily reminder that I HATE COMPETITION CAUTIONS :yuk:

A Bad Race

But you have to ask yourself this question: was it as bad as a normal Charlotte 2nd event?

I guess the novelty factor and the practice wrecks have slightly elevated it above the standard same old same old boredom so far.
Or I guess it's refreshing to be angry about a whole new kind of NASCAR fuck-up than the usual bullshit, for a change?

We'll see how tomorrow goes...

a few cautions so far, under one presently for Repko who was into the outside wall.

Pollard moving through the field now, around 8th, it would be incredible to see him win yet another huge race in his first attempt at both the track & division type
