FWIW I don't really dig the fighting. And I'll admit right up front that I've never been in a literal, physical fight so maybe my view is tarnished because of that. But I'm not sure what good will come of NASCAR fostering this nearly "anything-goes" mentality on the track. I may have said it before, and I'm sure countless others have as well, but we've long since reached a point at which this garage area's idea of "self-policing" is ugly and dangerous as hell. They've already been lucky a few times not to have their anger result in something much more chilling than wrecked cars and the odd facial abrasion.

when "boys have at it" was its own thing before nascar decided to make it an actual "thing" it usually meant if someone was driving like an asshole drivers would straighten that shit up off of the track. sometimes boys need to be taught a lesson off the track, not killed on it.

but somehow nascar got it backwards

I'm not taking a shot at NASCAR just for how Daytona and Vegas ended. Just countering the point you seemed to be making that it's somehow intrinsic to NASCAR races that these finishes were dramatic. The two I pointed out were purely circumstantial, irrespective of the series IMO.

Fair enough, I know already that I get satisfied way more easily than anyone on this board. Just expressing my train of though.

The best part about that is that he gave a stern-looking "you're in very big trouble now, mister" glare at Kyle.

Man, penalties are gonna be something on Tuesday morning.

Quiet, you speak truth and all the people who think it's cool to hate NASCAR won't like like your logistic talk.

So many people speaking with big words to want to help their cause in their opinion of today. Congrats. Big words and exuberant talk. Fuckin relax. If you are so critical of the sport, don't watch.

Lol, you don't even know what I or you were talking about. I'm not talking bad about Nascar as a product, quite the contrary. But on the same time, I'm not okay with what Logano did on the BACKSTRETCH (NOT TURN 3, that was just icying on the cake). And Logano itself was making believe he though Kyle was mad just because of turn 3 and 4.

But whatever on that. Loved the finish and gonna love any payback if that ever happens.

I can't read the Nascar Brazillian page, would rage over a lot of fanatism that's being put in there. At least here this is maintained at a decent level. Also better to talk to less than 10 persons that know about it than against 100 who God knows what is their background. And as a race caster, I don't wanna be an enemy of half of the fans..... Already said my opinion on the cast.

Logano still is mad at Joe Gibbs, they took his championship and all.... No sarcasm here, Kenseth really was a bitch.

I've watched a few angles a few times, and yeah Kyle went down into Logano, to avoid getting picked by the 2, which makes sense to me, last lap and such.. but I'm still pretty sure Logano dumped Kyle. Yeah he gets loose, but he's mid-corner, and car seems planted fine until he gasses it hard mid turn and then gets into Kyle.

Neither are innocent on this one. Just glad it doesn't involve Kenseth for once.

After being a hockey fan for the past couple of years, most of NASCAR's "fights" look pretty lame.

Logano sure loves getting into feuds with drivers that have driven/are currently driving for Gibbs

Well shit, any sport's fights look mild when you compare it to hockey.

I wonder for how long will Logano continue to be a douche. Something tells me he's going to be like this for as long as he races.....
