This race has been horrible. I hate rain during NASCAR.

Is there a chat up where I can bitch about the weather and NASCAR not calling this race ?

In theory, NASCAR could drag this out for another 6 hours if they really want to get the full race in.

The radar must've showed something positive for NASCAR to keep them waiting for what has been 100 minutes almost.
