Damn there's nothing left of the back end of Hornish's car

But what about a temporary barrier that lines the outside of the corner?

Looks like Ambrose's strategy may just work.

Yeah, I know he's mad and I don't care. I do not care. I did not care then. I do not care now. I'm here to race him.

Surely that'd just keep the accident on the tarmac anyway? Sort of like the dangers you get in an oval.

It's a difficult corner to design for because it has to incorporate the boot too.

They are pop up storms, but the closest one is north of the track according to radar and its moving east. Who knows if one will pop up and where. Its just been one of those weekends here in wny.

Why not just race them on the boot. Problem solved.

Okay, maybe not a good idea...

1. It's not raining
2. Said red flag was for a BIG CRASH
3. This NA$CAR shit is really old.

It would, but it would possibly also lessen an impact. Instead of a head-on impact or an impact like what we saw with Hornish and Leffler, it would be more of a glancing blow, if that makes sense. In addition, with an impact like that, I don't think the car would bounce back like what happened with Hornish and Leffler, giving other drivers a better chance to dodge the accident. I don't know, tho.

I wonder how they could get that with the boot. Good point.

Now why the hell did Kyle chose the outside line?

Probably because the outside line had worked before with Stewart and Busch yesterday. It was a good strategy, but it probably wasn't executed as well as Kyle would have liked.

I think it worked the other times because the guy on the outside was much faster than the guy on the inside, not because they were on the outside. Tony would have got past whatever line he was on.

Turns out that was a bad idea. Kyle was complaining that the thing was tight.
