Darrell Wallace Jr wins. :flag:

That was as real racin' as you can get in NASCAR.

Now, that was good real short track racing. The top NASCAR guys should pay attention to that.

I think Wallace is way too excitable. I much prefer him behind the pre/post-race desk than in the booth. Love Schrader every time he gets on the mic though.

That reminded me of the Busch races I used to see here before the Cup drivers ruined it. Also, the save the 35 car had off turn 4 was amazing, not sure if they showed it on TV.

That's Andrew Ranger, and I think there was a glimpse of him getting a bit sideways coming to the checkers. The save he made off turn 2 shortly after the restart was insane though.

He was opposite lock from the center of 3 and 4 to the start finish line with about 15 to go, in a pack of cars even.

That was awesome. So many people were so loose, yet still door to door and racing hard. I agree with MMF here about that feeling like an old Busch series race. Really glad Speed took the opportunity to show it live. I really don't know how Andrew Ranger didn't wreck his car. Not only was he loose, but every time they showed him it looked like he was taking every opportunity to turn down on whoever was on his inside. lol

Really looking forward to the late model race now.

Been posted elsewhere, but in case you missed it, here's that wreck Dick Berggren was referring to:

Hamlin's reasoning for starting in the back didn't quite work out.

Kenny Wallace is right, Stewart should purposely start at the back in the Prelude to The Dream.

Maybe he won't bore us to death by dominating his own charity race every year.

I wonder if Speed could show a short-track race like this every couple of months, as a form of a telethon. Win-win for everyone, except for the damn "It's Denny time" commercials.
