NASCAR should at least save us the trouble of enduring the Truck and Nationwide races at California and give those dates to Irwindale.

I know things are still tight at the sharp end but ouch, 25th place in final practice was 2.3 seconds off the fastest truck.

Oh yeah, no doubt it will still be exciting for the top 20, it's just a little bit depressing (to me) that the field is not quite as competitive as a few years ago. I look back to 2006 and the top 30 in final practice were only 1.1 seconds apart. The results for that race show no start and parkers while a quarter of this field will be enjoying an ice cream in the garage after ten laps on Saturday.

I'll quit complaining and realize we are lucky to have what we still do. Obama will take us back to glory soon. :thumbsup:
