Yeah, the series which allowed drivers to purposely wreck each other at 200mph for years is going to do something about someone turning up and getting rough with other cars.

It isn't like JV is the only one either. Whenever they go to Montreal they spend the entire time driving into each other, either through aggression or lack of ability. JV is just by far the biggest name who gets involved. Imagine penalising half the grid for contacts similar to JV.

Looking at the replay, JV really did not "punt" Danica. He was wheel hopping right down into the corner, with dirty tyres, and even ran wide afterwards.
