Someone mentioned (one of my FB friends) that the wreck wouldn't be as hard if they still have the gravel trap. Erm...I don't think it would matter if they have the gravel trap or not. |

If they hadn't paved that spot, it still would be flat while the corner itself is banked -- he would have basically flown over it like Jimmie Johnson did years ago. These cars don't slow down very well when they aren't touching the ground at all. |
