That's racing, if I was battling for the win I wouldn't just hold my line like it was any other lap. |

Also, Denny drove himself into the inside wall. He better not pull any of that "Joey put me on a stretcher, and that's over the line" crap. |

I don't see anything wrong with what Joey did. Everyone was blocking and running others tight. Hell watch the restart replay again and watch the move Kenseth pulls.... |

Honestly, didn't see Logano's interview, but I don't think he did anything wrong. He just went for the win, and got a bit over his head. He wasn't trying to wreck Denny, and I don't think Denny was trying to wreck him. I'm happy he finally got a good run in. |

Soul Reaver wrote: "Hamlin is in the wall" ? He was the one who tried to take Logano out. Again And after he said at Bristol that Logano didn't matter for him, as he usually doesn't see him at the front. Well, if he goes out for a while with a concussion. He will be remembering a LOT of Logano now.... at the front. And it was he who tried to take Logano out. |

Yeah, no doubt Joey got him on purpose but the move itself wasn't as blatantly dangerous as something like what Edwards to Keselowski at Atlanta a few years ago. The scary part was Denny flooring it into the inside wall. Not blaming him of course, just feel like it's important to mention. |

yeah you can clearly see Hamlin was still in the gas right before he hit the wall. kinda brought that on himself i think. maybe shouldve just locked the brakes down |

I think the censor walked off the job after Stewart's interview. |

Keep this in mind. If those roles were reversed, and Hamlin was on the inside line with Joey on the outside, the end result would likely have been exactly the same. That was just two competitors driving over the absolute edge to try and win the race, and it was absolutely awesome. Loved that race, the entire restart, the whole last run all the way up to and after the checkers. Can only hope now that Denny is not hurt seriously. |

Has there been a race today that wasn't controversial in some way? |

Wow, that had to be one of the most amazing final ten laps of a race that I've seen in a long time, for a non-superspeedway track. It felt very Hollywood seeing the two rivals from last week going at it for the victory in the end. I knew that at least one of them would be in the wall by the time they got around again, but I had no idea Kyle Busch was going to win. I thought he was way further behind than he really was. I'm not sure how much different this finish would have played out with the old car, but it makes me very impressed with the Gen6 for this racetrack. I loved seeing the swapping and slingshoting coming out of the corners, and drivers working to trap others behind other cars, or blocking. The different combinations of tire wear must have helped a lot too. Aside from Hamlin getting hurt (and hopefully it's nothing too serious), that was some really good stuff. |
