Just watched a re-run of the live call, someone else in the grass runs over some debris or maybe even a wheel and nearly gets up on their side....

Would be nice if there was a wide shot of that but I doubt that'll happen

Had to be some minor air off camera with all that grass flying for sure don't think there will be any cellphone videos of it though based on where it happened

iono guys the airbornez list it was p.good but the hole in the fence wasn't big enough, didnt' flip in the grass, newman wasnt involved, 4/10 flip. minor air possibility in the replays might bump it up to a 5.

Newman (or the front end of his car) will never be involved again

That feels like an end of an era tbh

Snider's truck arm stabbed right through the back of J.J. Yeley's car:

I saw a tweet from someone named Zach sturniolo saying it was an axle I guess I wish I knew how to post it some debris was stuck in the rear window of a car as well

The engine was the cartwheeling fireball going across the grass. That was a very Indycaresque crash with all the junk flying everywhere.

Have to wonder how the new Cup car would fare in a wreck like that.
