Yeah I don't get the big deal with the oscars either. All FOX has on tonight is re-runs of their normal sunday night line up. The oscars don't start until 8:30pm est which is ohh.. over 8 hours from now. That leaves still 4 hours to dry the track and 4 hours to race if need be and still NOT clash with them. As also said... who the hell cares if they DO run against the oscars? FOX should be thrilled they actually have something to draw viewers AWAY from them.

It's evening here, GF off and I'm ill having a pizza, we're delayed due to rain and we'll prolly see some backstage shots of drivers mucking about soon. It will stop rain eventually. I'm feeling cosy!

There's some kinda curse going on. every three years since the new millennium we've had weather issues.

2003 - rain shortened
2006 - mist and fog the whole race
2009 - rain shortened
2012 - probably not even gonna get started.
