Aw, I was hoping to see Squier insulting Thunder Road's moose mascot this Sunday, I've caught his radio show up here in Vermont, so weird to hear him talking about sports other than racing.

Actually excited for a nascar race for once. Can't wait for this one! Excited to hear that this "tradition" is going to happen for the next 5 years!

So fucking tast. If it weren't for F1 this weekend, we could've had a Squier/Hobbs reunion as well.

I don't see why that would stop anything. F1 finishes hours before the start and it's not like they'll actually be commentating from monza.... :o

Exactly... not sure where the NBCSN studios are, but Diffey and Matchett announced Spa from the NBCSN studio, then flew to Pocono later in the day to do the Indycar race.

I was aware they did the F1 broadcasts from a U.S-based studio. Just wasn't sure if Hobbs was willing to make the commute from Stamford to Darlington at his age.

They have travelled to a few races from time to time. They usually go to Monaco, obviously Austin, and I got the impression they've traveled to Silverstone before as well.

If they really wanted to "throwback" for a weekend. Put the start finish back on the old front stretch and use 2 pit roads and start the thing at 11am.
