Does anyone know how Morgan Shepherd and Johhny Davis got cars? They were all scheduled to test the cars.

Is it just me, or does the nose of the car look like its pointing up in some of the photos?

Malibu looks like a deformed baby who had a hard time getting out the birth canal.

Awesome idea, shitty layout IMO. But I would kill to see a street race in Manhattan. :)

That looks very similar to the Bucharest street circuit.

Could be worse, it has long straights and as far as I know, no monorail tracks so you might see some passing and you might keep the cars on the ground :)

I saw a picture of the new dodge nationwide car, and I thought it looked awesome. They will look even better with a paintscheme and numbers.

I like the idea of a NASCAR street race, but seirously that layout blows. The northern corner looks kinda neat though.

I have two bits of news.

-According to Sirius radio, Max Papis will be driving 18 Sprint Cup races next season for Germain Racing with Geico as the sponsor.

-David Reutimann will be piloting the #9 Truck this week as Justin Marks focuses on ARCA and Nationwide.

There's NO way they would be able to do a street race right there in NYC. Have any of you seen the road conditions? They would have to COMPLETELY rip it up and repave it. The people of the city would have heart attacks with all the delays.

That is a horrid layout for a stock car race. I would love to see a street race in NASCAR though.

Years ago when Australia had its local version of NASCAR, they raced at Surfer's Paradise as a support to Indycars. Exciting racing, and the hard braking trying to pull the heavy cars up going into the corners was fun to watch. How awesome would that be with the *real* NASCAR guys going at it?

Donny Lia will be in the 81 truck this week, and there's also been rumors that he and Nationrides.com are headed to Bill Davis Racing, as well as Brian Scott and Albertsons.

Also, Jason White will move from the 08 into the 15. I'd be interested to see how he goes in decent equipment.
