Brent Sherman is going to be returning to the ARCA series at Chicago, diving the #98 car for Mason Mitchell. I can't say I was expecting that.

Makes me wonder how much historical information along the line of race results got destroyed.... Just like IMCA's records did many years ago.

Yeah, I just assumed they worked out of an office park or something. Funny that some ARCA teams have better accommodations than the sanctioning body itself.

I thought their headquarters were in Toledo, OH this entire time.

It sucks that a bunch of artifacts were lost, but why would you run your business out of that old scouts den looking building? It looks like the firetrap it is.

It's right outside Toledo in Temperance, MI, which is just across the state line. It might be 10-15 minutes from Toledo Speedway.

If it suited their needs, why spend the money on building a big flashy building?

The BRSCC (a British circuit version of ARCA) ran out a set of leaky drafty rotting portacabins behind the bar next to the portaloos at Brands for years, maybe even decades, they only moved because Nicola wanted the land to put something on, otherwise they'd probably still be there now.

When I was a member, FOTA (Formula Three Association) was run out the guys garden shed.

Don Radebaugh from ARCA mentioned during the chat during the ARCA practice that 18 of the 20 races next year will remain the same. He gave no clues about what the changes are.

Here is what is changing. New Jersey is off the schedule and Road America is back on. Berlin is also off but what is replacing Berlin is unknown at this point.

I wasn't expecting to see Elko back on the schedule. The rumors I had read were either a second race at Toledo or a return to Charlotte. There was no mention of Elko in the rumors.

Winchester has moved from its late June date to early August. Wonder if it's gonna be a night race again.

It all boils down to dishonesty. It's a shame. If you don't have a car ready, that's fine. Don't lie and potentially ruin someone's career over it.
