This was a good race. I liked it

Apparently Stewart already secured a place in the chase after his win.

I dont think that it will be better than the spring weekend this year. That was best EVAR!

True, but we'll still come down with DEGA FEVER by then.

Just finished watching; fantastic race, great weekend for Ambrose, tons of side by side racing, and a big ass wreck. :flag:

I do like the comical BLUE flag waving from the marshal as the crash happens.

Just finished watching the race. HUGE CRASH O.o

The biggest hit I've seen since I watch Nascar (mid 2005) in the Sprin Cup at least. Maybe that Franchitti one in Dega last year was bigger. But this was the biggest crash for sure.

Thank god COT!

I don't know, I think the one at the final turn at WG last year was bigger, maybe because of the multiple impacts.
Kyle's crash at 'Tona featured a lot of nasty hits too....

I always wince more at multiple impacts than just one hard impact, because I think "wow, that car stood up well to the initial impact....but what's left to dissapate what's coming NEXT?" :o

Not going to get into a pissing contest about biggest impacts though....if you think that's the biggest one, then you have every right to ;)

Whoops. Fixed. Its still scary how many times that car got pounded to me though.

If it was Carl at TALLY, then I dunno how well it would've held up after having been in the fence and everything....

Exactly, there are 3 nasty hits on Hornish car.

And the speed was much higher than last year, the hits were much greater I think.

Well, besides the one of Carl at Dega, Kyle's car at Coke Zero 400 took some hits also. But I'm staying with this one, if it was brazilian stock car, I think all three would at least end up in the hospital.
