Rain about 2-2:30pm EST going to 6pm. Then good to go after. Figure restart about 8pm EST once it starts to rain.

Last time this guy was at Daytona we had a rain delayed race and nearly got a driver killed. Wish they'd quit wasting time on dumb shit(s).
