Yeah, I almost had a stroke on all the laps that he was leading and passed over that river at Curva do Sol. Screaming loudly "hold on!!!" in portuguese. What a roller-coaster of emotions was that race.

I'd have liked that the Webber/Alonso incident didn't happened.

Fisichella could've won the race in outright pace with those wet Bridgestones. I think he deserved to get the checkered in his first win.

That said, I don't know the story about that fire in the pitlane after the red flag. He may have not been able to finish the race.

is just like the Monaco 84 case. Senna was about to pass, but he also damaged the front suspension so the car was on the thin ice to not finishing at all

Fisichella definitely had to pit again. I think Kimi was about to make a stop as well. It's likely that Coulthard would have won the race, but it would have been interesting to see what Fisichella could have done on the fast Bridgestone tyres, and if anyone else made a mistake. It's also possible that Fisi's car would have caught fire during his pit stop or just broken down on the track.

Iirc they expected a lot more rain before the end of the race so it's possible we had the red flag when the chuva hit.

Who knows who could have been leading by then.
