My expectations for a race are on a new all time low. We'll see how this one goes.

I'm almost falling asleep awaiting the race start. Daylight changing time doesn't help.

let's admit it. Here we are, all hoping for the Red Bulls and Ferraris getting ahead of the Mercedes on the run to T1. But it will rather be Hamilton leading from Rosberg and staying that way throughout.

I do think the Red Bulls have a chance of getting in front of at least 1 merc if not 2 on the opening lap on their super soft tyres

Question is if it means anything with the tyres degrading so fast as they have been.
It could mean they're a threat at the end of the race and they're hunting down the Merc's if they have an extra set of softs, IIRC Rosberg only has one set now and he's starting on it...

But then when has practice pace ever meant anything towards tyre strategy, both sets of tyres usually last about 20% longer than practice pace usually indicates so the whole excercise in predicting anything seems pointless :p

Mercedes believe that the super-soft's will give the Red Bull's a 6m advantage off the line.

Last year the start wasn't the cleanest possible, so maybe a small chance for surprises.
Probably jinxed it.
