Could have also just been the rear of the car. But seeing the cockpit picture before, i'm afraid that he went completely under it.

Yeah, I know he's mad and I don't care. I do not care. I did not care then. I do not care now. I'm here to race him.

I hope it's just they put wreckage away and put the tires against the side of the tractor...

To be honest, this has nothing to do with the weather.
Thats pretty much what they just said on Sky.

They said that the accident wasn't because the weather was overly bad & that it could still have happened had the race started earlier because it was still wet this morning.

I think the part that is missing (near the E) is usually taken out, remember we talked about Rosberg always leaving it on the car and not putting it into position.

Bianchi's car must have stopped immediately, no energy could have been absorbed

The roll hoop didn't look to have destroyed, so it couldn't have gone under the whole tractor?

that picture gives a completely wrong idea of where the car is, because of the barrier that is bocking most of the view of the car. Ignore this pick, it will only make you see things that are not sure

Look at the right hand side of the extinguisher button. It should not be hanging off the car.

The car looks weird... It's like the Rollbar part is... missing.
Look at this picture, and look where the "E" is placed:

I guess is clear to see what happened, he didn't went totally underneath the tractor, but hit the rear end with his left side, that's why the rear right wheel of the tractor is torned

More from Hartstein:

Quote:
FIA regs require heli to reach hosp in < 20 min.

If weather intervenes, local Chief Med Off, FIA Med Del and FIA Race Director can allow race/session to continue if evac to hosp <20 min

I know nothing about the incident itself, its causes or consequences. I'm talking about procedures etc.

If you look at the damage on the front of the car, that clearly went under.
