8. Really entertaining race for mostly wrong reasons though.

Would be 10 had Lewis retired

8. Easy to put it as 3rd best race of the season.

8, very good racing shame about the long red flag.

8 points.

Very nice race on dry track.
I would regret Nico's retirement before seeing Lewis passing him on track. I didn't saw the Bahrein GP, I hope to see something like that before the end of the year.

6 might be quite low from me, but that lead battle was zzzzz.

8 - some parts were dull but the drivers really went for positions and the result was awesome

Generous 9 for its memorability.
-Dramatic start and I think I'll remember the race as "the one Kimi had that crash". Fortunately he escaped without major injuries.
-We saw some really good and, I stress it, long fights. With DRS all battles seem to last 1 or 2 laps at maximum, but Alonso-Vettel duel felt like old-time battle.
-Big surprise that it was Rosberg who had problems, and I feel happy for British for getting the wanted results. Good race for the championship battle.

I'm sure I'll get as vilified now for being positive about this race as much as I was for being negative about the last one but Damnnnn, that's what we want from F1, action, surprises, unreliability, crashes and battles lasting multiple laps

9/10

More please F1 :)

IMO the actual racing was better in this race than Canada, which was flattered by Merc's speed issues. DRS at Silverstone has just the right level of influence to create opportunities without making them done deals, and there were plenty of passes not assisted by DRS as well. DRS in Canada was too generous.

Perhaps I'll have to give it a 7 if I think rationally but I quite enjoyed watching this one so it's an 8 from me.

Too bad Rosberg had to retire before we could actually get a good fight for P1. But the Alonso/Vettel fight was awesome and I also enjoyed Button pushing for a podium in his home race and on the day Silverstone remembered his dad. Too bad he just missed it, but fantastic race from him.

8 - Needed a bit more from the lead fight, but the rest of the field had some great battles throughout and some excellent passes, the Alonso/Vettel battle being the pick of the bunch.

A 7 from me - decent enough race. Would have preferred if Rosberg didn't retire ;)
