Raikkonen, mistake in Q2, and in the race making 2 brake mistakes resulting in losing a position on track.
Lotus for the obvious reasons (I can't see them making it until the end of the season)
Caterham (2010: 0 points, 2011: 0 points, 2012: 0 points, 2013: 0 points. And this season it is looking again they will be nowhere)

Can't blame drivers when cars are not working. Lotus, Redbull and Caterham really blundered the 1st race.

exactly the same plus Bottas for throwing a potential podium away. Claire's face when he touched the wall said it all

He was feisty during the race and I admire him, but let's not forget Williams is a damn fast car

Red Bull, Lotus and Sauber.

The last one may be questionable, but with 13 cars classified and two of them being Sauber, still scoring no points affects by choice.
