It's gonna be horrendous to look at. There will be hardly any grass left next to the track. I'm afraid it will be just another desolate race track, just like Valencia used to be.

Does the T have a binding meaning or will it be ignored of you send enough cash to Bernie?

Wow the whole magic of the track is lost. All the fluent lines are replaced by 90 degrees shit.

Yeah what a stupid idea of the Mexican GP backers to use an existing driver who happens to be from Mexico and is competitive and in contention for major points at every race to help them promote the first race in that country in 23 years. How utterly stupid

More grandstands to charge fans premium rates. More slow sections for the cameras to pick up the sponsors' logos. And they haven't even left that much more run-off area. This isn't all safety-related

You cynical man James (not that I'm disagreeing with you)

I'm actually kind of looking forward to it. More evening time zone races are great for us Europeans (and probably for Bernie's desire to become more appealing to the American market, TV Zone wise)

But yeah, video shows Safety car and Gravel traps so I'll just mention them to maintain my usual negative ranting persona.

but not for brazilians. or they show live on sports channel (SporTV) or show the start on free programming then switch off for football (and don't show the rest on paid programming)

Growing up in Australia and watching the races late on a Sunday night or early Monday morning, I actually find that when the races are on in Asia in the afternoon I have to plan my whole Sunday around watching them. Its actually very disruptive and dare I say it...annoying. I am usually not doing much at 10.30 on a Sunday night but am at 2 on Sunday afternoon. It actually takes the enjoyment away from me. Over the last 20 odd years of watching F1 I have only missed watching about 6 or 7 races. These have all been the Asian afternoon races, particularly in the last 3-4 years, cause you know I have shit to do on the weekend.

Maybe its just me, but I much prefer to watch F1 live at 10 pm rather than 2 pm on Sunday's.

I don't think the gap in the fence will be big enough.
