Should be a solid 8, very close to a 9.
Some battles at the pack, a close lead battle with a kind of boring end.
Would have been so great to see Grosjean or Webber win.

Some good moves, great race for front drivers, but again, lack of "surprise", the result is exactly the expected one.

7 points for me.

no way this deserves a 8 or 9. It wasn't as bad as the last two Asian GP's, but it still was far from good. 6 from me

6.
Nothing exciting or memorable here. Interestingly, Friday was the most dramatic day of the weekend. I was so hoping for Grosjean to take his maiden victory or at least see Webber winning for a change. But no. Apart from some short-living fights it was quite a typical Suzuka race.
India next...might just wanna skip it.

Much better than the last few races so I'll give it a 7.

No way to rate this race 8 or even 9.

6 Points is the highest rate I can give.

Nice start, boring first third of the race, exciting battles behind top 3, and anti-climatc end. Boring winner too lol, although this probably is his most deserved win of the season :)

7.5, rounded it down to a 7. Pretty good for a Suzuka race, they're usually not that good unless there is a close championship battle or a mixed up grid. So to see a close race at the front was a pleasant surprise. If Grosjean or Webber had won, this race would have gotten a lot of 8 and 9 points probably.

8 - great racing up and down the field. Top 3 were on different strategies and it all converged together near the end. Overtaking was also needed to secure the top positions. It wasn't 2005 but it was damn good and unlike that year, no safety car or jumbled grid was needed.

I'm surprised by a lot of the negative comments here. Nothing special, nothing memorable, not exciting, somewhere between a 5 or 6...

There was racing, overtaking and great battles up and down the field. The lead wasn't resolved until near the very end and for once, there was overtaking needed to secure the win. What more do people want?

People complain when there's no excitement but when there is, you complain it wasn't exciting enough.

This race had everything to be expected from a GP. It's a 7, I can't give it an 8 for some reason. Probably because the outcome just didn't feel right.

To me it felt like a fairly standard race (baring in mind that a standard race in the post-refuelling Era is of a higher baseline than what came before ;) )

There was overtaking, true, and strategy, true but at the start it flattered to deceive.
I think the prospect of either a new winner or a nice feel good result for Mark was taken from us, for various reasons depending on whatever conspiracy theory you believe in, and even though he had to work for it this time, the fact Vettel won is a little galling when it could've gone one of 2 other ways.

I'd say it was a 6 bordering on a 7. I didn't have the "wow...when is something going to happen" feeling like I did with the past few races but I didn't have the "OMG It's lap 53 ALREADY, where did this amazing race go to?" feeling either.

Korea was better imo, even if Vettel was throttling it from the front.

6.

I respect your opinion and I agree with your point about a new winner but Korea was shit compared to this. That is a terrible comparison.
