Vettel, Alonso, Ricciardo. One dominant drive and 2 very special recovery drives.

Yeah, I know he's mad and I don't care. I do not care. I did not care then. I do not care now. I'm here to race him.

Fanboyism is really something. Hamilton luckily started on pole, after being slower than his team mate under equal conditions during qualifying, then finished 2s ahead of the same guy, who started 4th. How is that anywhere near worth of a vote or even mention is beyond any reason. Then, again, fanboyism explains it all

Fanboyism is merely a word for the dedication we all have in us, but is only used as a weapon when it's against an element we don't agree with.

I'm a fanboy for the sport and think Lewis did the best he could today. Not a brilliant performance but probably to the maximum of the cars potential.

And someone doesn't get a pole in wet weather when the conditions are the same as everyone merely through luck.
They get it by doing a better job at judging conditions than 9 others.

That said I don't think anyone did anything massively special today. Maybe Alonso due to the biggest change between start position and where he finished, but it didn't strike me as a race that brought a superstar performance out of anyone, sadly.

If he extracted the max of car's potential, then Rosberg must be picked before him for finishing so close despite starting 3 positions down.

And yes, luck played a MASSIVE part in his pole. The only people who got equal conditions as him were the Red Bulls drivers. Rosberg was the fastest driver closing to DiResta when nobody else could. With an extra lap, as the Top 3 in Q3 had, he probably would be on pole by a huge margin

Oh, not to mention the pathetic dry pace that Hamilton had in Q2, barely passing through Q3(2 hundredths faster than 11th(Hulk) and half second slower than Rosberg ). Another lucky moment for him there in his pole position for the race which gifted him this 3rd
