Guitierrez engine change, out for FP3. Going to be going into Q1 with no running. Will probably be out in Q1.

Webber possible gearbox change as well before Q.

Yes but which finger does the agreement refer to and in which medias are restricted as part of said agreement? To me, that is too loose and open to easy interpretation and won't stand up in court. I confidently predict a finger will be shown by Vettel post quali and race.
