(based on a forecast that tends to change from day to day, lol).

It's too early to predict, we better wait the GP week, I would love to see a proper wet race at Melbourne, but we can have great races there in any conditions, also the new tyres may provide some interesting action all over the weekend. Can't wait for that!

Plus fabs hasn't even commented on it yet and who else has a better record on predicting the weather, weather sites with all their data or a forum member quoting a character from family guy?

As a Melbournian the weather prediction is thus. Overcast and drizzle in the morning, clearing to be blazingly hot in early afternoon, gusty southerly winds brining cold front, heavy rain and possible hail through in late afternoon, clearing to be mild and clear in the evening. Repeat.

I'm still struggling a bit getting used to this being a Rolex race, and not a Foster's race.

beer sponsored races are more likely to enjoy, drinking and watching the good action

a watch sponsored race looks like more with an endurance race when you check how much time remain to finish

Scotty, I remember you posting some pics, on the weather thread, of your personal thermometers displaying 44ºC, I guess temperatures must have dropped quite a lot by now, right?

Otherwise, Brainpain is gonna struggle going from subzero Finland

Technically you could, but it'd hurt like a bitch.

This is not directed at you Phil, but I fucking hate Instagram. Fair enough for vintage or artsy photos, but just for depicting a current location? Come on...

Anyway, about the sponsor, as long as we still have foolish companies to pay for our F1 races I'm fine with them

Does anyone drink Foster's in Australia BTW? They're all over the place in aussie bars here, but some colleagues that came over from Perth assured me that they rarely drink it over there.

I can vouch for that, I've been a few times and they won't drink it.

When I stayed at Scottys house for a week he wouldn't drink it either.

Hopefully not, but it might rid the GP2 world of Rodolfo Gonzalez.
