Is that all damage from the impact or did they cut it off (is that even possible?) ??

For what she went through, she looks incredible. Looking at the damage to the helmet, I find it remarkable that she is standing (well crouching) by it and talking to people.

Why does it took so long for the FIA to give some answers about the secret tyre test. Now, everyone will again discuss this matter in the Canadian GP, especially if Mercedes will win again. Bad situation.

What answers are you waiting for? Perhaps you missed that...

The FIA put out a statement in the immediate aftermath of the Monaco GP.

The FIA put out a request in the past week for both Ferrari and Mercedes to provide information on their tests.

This stuff takes time.

I know that, but it just takes too much time.
The UEFA isn't waiting some weeks and some matches to ban a player if he gets a red card, for example.

That's really not a very good comparison.

If a player gets a red card you can see why immediately. Now perhaps if a player is involved with a contract breaching activity outside of the sport, of which there are very few witnesses and information is sparse, then you have a point

But they would take that long (and longer) to ban, say, a club accused and then convicted of match-fixing.

The Mercedes and Ferrari situation could have have ramifications that alter the whole of F1. If they hammer one or both of the teams, they might pull out. If they hammer Pirelli, F1 has no tyres for next year. The FIA have to make sure that they can do whatever they end up doing in the greatest of confidence.
