What do you mean by "touched" do you mean layouts being changed? Because as far as I can tell, the layout changes F1 has made in recent history to circuits have improved them. Silverstone, Zandvoort, Albert Park, Singapore. The only circuit I'd say was ruined was Mexico City (looking at the 2024 calendar). When Mugello and Portimao were put on the calendar they didn't change them, even go back as far as A1 Ring - that hasn't changed.
If you mean "touched" by run offs being changed, then I think it would be worth it.
I personally think they could race at Road America tomorrow, they'd probably have to run the motorbike chicane before that fast kink, but I'd still love to see that.
