Has to be the top three - but if I had a fourth vote it'd go to Senna.

And as you will now count the driver and the farce of the year :?

I feel like I'm missing something in terms of Vettel's drive, folks are heaping praise on him but I didn't think he did anything particularly good imo? It was a really messy drive, although the end result was great.

He nearly lost his front wing against Senna and took off the right side. Wasn't paying attention under SC and further damaged his wing. Which fortunately put him on a strategy which turned out to be a big benefit.

He had a massive speed advantage over many cars he was racing due to a superior gear setting, Lewis retired, and general idiocity just clear the path to the top five. It was a good pass on Button but he's driven better races this season let alone in his career.

I voted for Kimi, Alonso and Lewis but in hindsight you could probably replace either Lewis or Fernando with Senna, who got clobbered at Turn One and drove a great race to recover.

He was forced to pull something great out of the pocket after the penalty. So the pressure was very high. Besides from these two incidents with Senna and Ricciardo he did everything right and finished third. Coming twice from the back of the pack. So...

He passed McLarens, Lotus, Ferrari (Massa), and cruised up to the back of his team mate, and people are still saying he didn't pass anything significant? olololol.

Driver of the race? It was the driver who set the race, safety car driver.

Took the top 2 and Hamilton. The latter was really on it and would (probably) have cruised to victory. They were all super fast today.

I voted for Vettel. Nice drive from 23 to 3rd place. Also Raikkonen did a great job. :flag:

Threw one of my votes Kobayashi's way. Kind of sucks he's probably out of a drive while his star team-mate has spent the last few races running into everything but Bernie Ecclestone (fingers crossed for Texas).

My votes go to Hamilton and Raikonen.

Vettel was lucky, he was (by the rules) allowed to make wholesale setup changes overnight, thus negating his penalty and then got lucky with both safety cars. Plus there was that moment with the STR and the marker board, plus the early skirmish which lost him part of his front wing. It was a great drive but given these points he doesn't deserve DOD.

Raikkonen and Vettel are the two definite stand-outs of this race.

Raikkonen! Fantastic drive! He took Lotus to an impressive pace and won the first race for the team since 1987! It's fantastic! Kimi is superb!

He passed a Ferrari which was pointing the wrong way, and cruising up to the back of your team mate =/= passing. He also did run into the side of Senna, and rammed a DRS sign during the safety car.

Same as Singapore for Hamilton - race in the bag, ended at the side of the road ...

Vettel's drive wasn't flawless but it was pretty impressive - although I'm not in agreement with the setup changes either, I don't think that's cricket ... (I'm aware that this is Formula 1.)

Senna recovered well from a first corner incident not of his own making, scored good points for Williams ...

Raikkonnen for just being a boss, and Maldonado and Senna for both bringing the car home in good positions for once. Vettel was good, but he was also lucky and a whiny bitch about the whole Ricciardo thing.

Really can't understand voting for Vettel, he drove into the back of a Williams and then almost a STR (made sure he had a big whinge about it for the world to hear while he was at it) and then was incredibly lucky for the remainder of the race. Sure he drove solidly from there on in and made some nice passes, but so did others drivers. I fail to see how his drive was worthy of this award.
