No action is a good call in both of those. Webbers fault first time, and it only cost himself. Massa second time, and he only cost himself.

This is working out amazingly for Vettel!

He could go banzai and come in for more soft tyres near the end

His trajectory put him right across Massa's path.

Anyway, it doesn't matter because there was no penalty.
