It's all very well for Pastor to say that the car slid wide and he overcorrected it for example, but it was him that put the car in that position in the first place. He's just very, very silly. How many weekends has he gone without hitting someone or something this season? I can only think of China, Bahrain and Germany.

As far as I know the spin Maldonado had during the race in Bahrain happened due to contact with a Toro Rosso a few corners earlier.

Was it? Either way, his list this season is impressive.

Australia: Collides with Romain Grosjean on the first lap
Australia: Loses control of the car on the final lap, crashes into the wall
Malaysia: Contact with team mate on the first lap
Monaco: Collides with Sergio Perez in FP3
Monaco: Crashes into the wall in FP3
Monaco: Collides with Pedro de La Rosa on the first lap
Canada: Loses control of the car in Q2 and crashes into the wall
Europe: Collides with Lewis Hamilton on the penultimate lap
Britain: Collides with Sergio Perez
Hungary: Contact with Paul Di Resta

That's a lot of work for mechanics, fines, lost points and plenty of ammunition for his critics. He's finished in the points just twice, when with some proper race craft it'd be a lot more.

Well, I thought the skull and crossbones made it obvious.

He kills himself.

In other news, here's what Seb would look like if he did the Montoya diet

Who ever invented wax characters?
There is no known occurence of a statue that wasn't just plain creepy/scary/horrifying. That is some serious uncanny valley-esque shit right there.

I'll give them credit for including the emblematic finger though.

I want to know what happens when he finds Micheal on track....

If MS can almost put kind and submissive Barrichello in the wall then if that situation were to be repeated with Pastor then they'd both end up flipping through the gravel trap in turn 1.

Yes that entirely proves this was Kobayashi's fault

Oh my, I'm a Schumacher fan, but that's just embarrassing. :?

Could this have been the worst race of his career?

No and no

In both of these races Schumi made one screw up...

...whereas in Hungary he made screw up after screw after screw up...

Much like each of your posts

Jerez 97 wasn't a mistake, it was a deliberate move and it got him removed from the championship. Hungary was hilarious and ridiculous but it certainly wasn't the worst moment IMO.

Correct, Jerez wasn't a mistake, but it was a screw up as it was a momentary misjudgement that's now blighted his entire career. Same with Adelaide 1994, Monaco 2006, plus more.

Hungary wasn't Schumi worst ever race, but it was amongst them as he was disappointingly poor all the way through. I think Tobias already mentioned China 05 (or was it 04?).

But then again it's interesting that we're now discussing what could be Schumi's worst race(s) as he's had such a decorated career and in very few poor races in comparison to his competitors.

both 2004 and 2005 Chinese GP were very poor. But 2005 probably topped it with taking Albers out on the installation lap and then spinning into the gravel trap behind the safety car.

That'll be interesting indeed, since he didn't have so many bad ones.

I'd go with China I think, which was 2005 indeed.

What did he do in 2004 by the way? I tried to forget that season as much as possible.

he spun in qualifying in the first turn. Started last. Spun several times coming onto the backstraight and crashed Klien out of a points scoring position. Schu finished 13th I believe.

as for other poor performances in his second career. Singapore 2010 gets my vote.
