Are those streets there actually used for public?? You don't see any road signs or whatsoever at all.

There seems the odd bit of street marking but it was built like a permanent track, not a street track.

The worst bit is that green stripe next to the track

What's happened to James Allen? Second race in a row with Legard.

That's the biggest crash I can remember an HRT having.

Most of it on Motors TV too!

Then after that, straight over to Road America for a pair of races that should be action packed!

2 tast tracks in one day, up yours Valencia! :p

Long run data suggests that RoGro is the man this weekend. He's about 0.3s/lap faster than Kimi; Red Bull, Alonso on a similar pace. Hamilton didn't do a comparative long run, Jenson's pace sucks completely. Pastor quick, Bruno slow. Heikki faster than both STRs.

Of course it's only Friday and conditions will change, fuel loads unknown, but Grosjean is looking good.

HRT looks like a bloody cross channel ferry :p

I've seen a few teams run similar things this year.

Ted Kravitz spotted them at Montreal & asked Red Bull about it, He said today he'd been told there InfaRed cameras which are recording video of the tyres.

Probably takes video similar to this but more advanced:
