Well, Khodr says that he met the Crown Prince who told him "We have a problem here, no one is hiding it. But we have to tell the truth to the people and not just rumours". Seems pretty accurate.

Besides, if anything, F1 put the spotlight on the fact that the situation in Bahrain is still not optimal.

Exactly. I think he said 'There should be no celebrations today', commented that there was so little crowd and he was glad it was over.

Probably because his personal sponsors didn't want to risk him disappearing from the TV coverage this weekend.

Rosberg has found a wonderfully grey area to sit in there...he did make just 1 move to defend the racing line, and he could argue that the other driver chose to go off the track, and as a result he doesn't get penalised for what was rather uncharacteristic aggressive driving.

It's weird. In my opinion the Rosberg moves didn't deserve a penalty. But Schumacher in Hungary 2010 did pretty much the same and that was an obvious penalty. The fact that there is a wall or not shouldn't make a difference, track limits are track limits and you don't force the other of.

I need to look at it again but was it more than Rosberg got to the inside before the car in front had an overlap vs Barrichello was clearly alongside Micheal and he inched him into the wall for no reason when he was already on his way by?

Either way, I thought Lewis' move was hella gutsy and more a sign he was pissed off about the pitstop so was cheering it.
It was only a lap or two later I expected there to be an investigation, and as I say, I expected it more to be about Hamilton being outside the track than Rosberg's defending.

Glad the stewards are calming down a bit in 2012 though.
