Before we get to the blame game I was just worried Lewis was knocked out initially, especially when his car nearly rolled backwards off the barrier.

Brakes completely gone, I guess

Thought so as well, especially when he didn't move after hitting the tyres. Usually drivers use the team radio, which didn't at all.
