Just like last year, I will organise the 'ultimate' F1 prediction game!
The winner will be awarded with the 'F1 prediction King' award!
Because of the uncertainty regarding the Bahrain Grand Prix, for Q2, Q3 and Q5 you will need to pick 19 + 1
KNOWLEDGE ROUND
1. Predict the top 8 of the world championship final standings.
If you predict a driver to be in the top 8, you get 5 points, if you manage to predict the driver on the correct spot, you get 5 additional points (10 points in total)
For example
The championship ends like this:
1. Massa
2. Schumacher
3. Hamilton
4. d’Ambrosio
5. Webber
6. Heidfeld
7. Alonso
8. Heidfeld
You predicted the following top 8
1. Button 0 pts
2. Alonso 5 pts
3. Schumacher 5 pts
4. d’Ambrosio 10 pts
5. Webber 10 pts
6. Kobayashi 0 pts
7. Heidfeld 5pts
8. Massa 5 pts
earning a total of 40 points of a possible maximum of 80 points.
2. Predict the number of victories
Same rule as number 1. If you have predicted one or more wins for a driver, and he actually does, you get 5 points, if he manages to win the correct number of victories, you will get 5 additional bonus points! Make sure to have a total of 19 +1 victories in case the Bahrain GP will be scheduled after all.

3. Number of pole positions
Same as n° 2
4. Top 5 final standings constructors championship
Predict the top 5 in the constructor's championship, rules are the same as the first question
5. Number of fastest laps
Same as N° 2
6. Top 8 first Grand Prix
To get things started, predict the top 8 of the first grand prix. Same rule as the first question.
7. Top 8 last Grand Prix
To keep this contest interesting and undecisive until the very last Grand Prix, state the top 8 of the last race.
BONUS POINTS ROUND
I concider this round to be a 'lucky' round, as lots of luck is needed to get these points. When you got one of the following questions correct, you will earn 15 points per right answer.
8. When will we know the world champion?
At which Grand Prix will the new world champion be crowned? Again due to the troubles with Bahrain, you can either choose to answer the venue (i.e. Sao Paulo) or state ‘last race’, one but last race, 2nd last race etc.
9. Number of pace cars situations in Singapore
How many pace car situations will we have in Singapore?
10. Sacked drivers
How many drivers that took part in the first race, will NOT take part in the last race? For example if we start the season with 24 drivers, and for some reason Alonso is injured and replaced by Raikkonen, the HRT team no longer takes part in the end and Heidfeld has been replaced for whatever reason by Villeneuve, the correct answer would be 4!
11. How many cars will be classified at Monaco?
12. Number of wet races
How many wet races will we have in 2011? As soon there is one team that puts on one rain tyre or intermediate tyre during the race, this qualifies for being a 'rain race'...
13. What will be the best starting position on the grid for any of the Virgin drivers??
MEGA BONUS ROUND
for the following two questions, there should only be one participant for each question that will get these mega bonus points. The one that is closest to the answer, will have 30 points! So even if you got it totally wrong in the first 7 questions, you still have a chance to get a higher ranking if you got these correct... if there are two correct answers, for example if there are two that got the number of points correct for question 14, both will earn the 30 points!

What will be the top speed recorded during the Italian Grand Prix?
well that's it, if a mod could sticky it that would be very much appreciated!
Some general rules:
1/ you must enter your picks before the first practice session
2/ make sure to get a total of 19 + 1 for the following questions: 2, 3 and 5. Otherwise that pick will not count.
3/ when a driver gets replaced, these points will NOT be allocated to the driver that got replaced. For example, if Schumacher is replaced by Kimi Raikkonen, and Kimi wins a race, that win will NOT be allocated to Schumacher...
4/ in the case of a tie, the number of questions that you got more correct than the other one will count!
