FOM: Pretty good job, showed all the stuff, and that fantastic super slowmotion camera was just brilliant, 8 points

sky: After 1 week of sky, to quote Bill O'Reilly - FUCKING THING SUCKS. Awful, awful picture quality (2-3Mbits average, even MotorsTV has more!) annoying moderator, drunk expert (Keke Rosberg). No podium from supports, no more natural sounds because of that senile austrian commentator (Heinz Prüller) just...awful. The only upside are the german commentators Jacques Schulz and Marc Surer, but other than that it's been terrible. 1 point

If there's anyone out there who thinks about getting sky, do yourself a favour and DONT do it.

Rubens quickly talking his way out of a contract. Biggest whinge in awhile.

It's understandable though. He seems to be getting all the bad luck. Cack strategies, dodgy rigs, bad starts and they'll probably be met PR excuses from the team that doesn't really explain anything etc. I watched the England team interviewed for the cricket recently and despite being 700-6 they waffled on about bowling in good areas, taking positives, trying to bowl in good areas tomorrow etc etc when the truth is they were woeful.

To be honest, I think we've essentially got a grid where 8 out of 10 teams that are fairly even, sandwiched between the two Red Bull teams and getting things coming together on a certain weekend or not will see the teams sway from Q1 to Q3.

Raikkonen\Sutil was declared a racing incident, no action taken against either driver.

I knew Kimi would retire in this race :( He always has bad luck during a grand prix on German ground 8O He (almost) retires every year! 8O

Quite an boring race I've to say. Great victory for Webber  Finally :)

6.

Could have been much better. Although it was the most boring race at the Nürburgring for years 8O The only thing I liked was the battle for the lead, with Mark coming back strong after his penalty. Kimi retired once again on German ground :( No crashes, spins etc, didn't like it. Although it was better then the last few races

I'm too cool for this race. ZERO.

Actually a good race, well above par for a dry race. Gave it an 8.

Thought it was leagues ahead of Silverstone and not just cus Webber won. There were quite a few overtakes from memory, no hardcore fighting but still it had some action. 7

The Fisi fans rejoice for the second race in a row. woohoooo

Overtook several cars with the most impressive moves going around Heidfeld and Alonso. Sutil stole the spotlight but when he and Kimi collided, you can look in the background and see Fisi only about 5 seconds back after both cars had completed one stop.

Sutil came right back in for a front wing then Fisi pitted from 8th or 9th. Either this second stop or his outlap was horrible! Had it been worth a damn at all he'd easily been ahead of that Kovi-train and in the points. In all honesty we could have seen both Force India's in the points if........ if if if. :(

On to the next one! The Force India chassis is truely a mid-pack contender now.

Raikkonen's German races have been:

2001: Retired with halfshaft issue
2002: spun out
2003: crash at first corner
2004: rear wing fell off when he could have won
2005: hydraulic failure while leading easily
2006: pole to third
2008: bad quali ends in 6th place
2009: crash with Sutil end in 0 points

European GP at Nurburgring:

2001: 10th
2002: 3rd from 6th on grid
2003: retired with engine blow up
2004: another engine blow up
2005: flat spotted tyre explodes on last lap
2006: 4th from 5th on grid
2007: electrical dramas and missing the pit lane when rain came out

Raikkonen clearly has not got the speed that he once had and there is no point for Ferrari to waste a seat on a driver that has clearly passed his best. It is time for them to be getting Alonso on the phone if they haven't already done it.
