Evidently the teams have been given a reprieve over blown diffusers.

Didn't Massa tested a new floor a few weeks back at Fiorano?

Good. What the fuck are they doing attempting to change the technical rules 2 days before scrutineering on a grand prix weekend?

Yeah, I know he's mad and I don't care. I do not care. I did not care then. I do not care now. I'm here to race him.

I read the diffuser thing as the FIA not wanting a 2004 style season of dominance by one driver and team, plus I get the feeling that a certain silver team has been lobbying hard behind the scenes to get the Red Bulls handicapped.

I can't see India giving up their date as they've really publicised it.

Bernie: Well done but about fucking time

If the Spanish Gp sucks, changes might happen

Even if it doesn't suck, just take away the chicane!

I fail to see how it could suck, to be honest. It's not going to be like Turkey because the track was not specifically designed to enhance overtaking.

On another Spanish GP note, where is the thread?

But there's so much good news!

-Pirelli are bringing a new hard tyre that lasts about 4 laps longer, increasing diversity between the compounds.

-Sauber are bringing a very comprehensive upgrade package.

etc.

David Coulthard makes a speedy exit as he leaves The Box nightclub with a mystery woman

Quote:
He was in such a rush to leave The Box nightclub last night that he ended up falling over and having to be helped up by a passer-by.

But perhaps the reason David Coulthard didn't want to be photographed leaving the nightspot was because he was with a mystery blonde woman.

The 40-year-old sportsman did his utmost not to be photographed with the unidentified lady, who left little to the imagination in her outfit for the evening - a tight black strapless dress.

After being helped up after his fall, Coulthard sped off into the night while his blonde friend got into a waiting taxi and headed home.

It remains to be seen what Coulthard's fiancée Karen Minier, with whom he has a young son, makes of the situation.

Minier, who also has a daughter from a previous relationship, is believed to have now moved to Monaco to be with Coulthard, after raising son Dayton in Brussels for the first year of his life.

Track changes:
- New ‘sleeping policeman’ speed ramps on the inside of the chicane’s second run-off area
- Extended barrier on the inside of the exit of Campsa
- Size of stones in gravel trap reduced: now have to be smaller than 15mm in diameter to reduce damage to cars
