: you can defenitly add Heidfeld on to your "drivers under pressure list"

Boullier says Heidfeld must improve

Heidfeld has more points than Petrov. Does Petrov have to improve too, or does his money make up for it?

Heidfelds currently best of the rest behind the McLarens, Red Bulls and Alonso, so I don't see the issue.

Of course Petrov's money makes up for it, he's still at Renault after all.

I don't think it's about Heidfeld v Petrov, it's Boullier clearing the way for a second pay driver by lining up his excuses.

Yeah, I know he's mad and I don't care. I do not care. I did not care then. I do not care now. I'm here to race him.

Perhaps they expected Heidfeld - as a driver of 10 years experience - to develop the car more than he has. After all, they have the data to work it out.

The only reason the car went anywhere last year is because Kubica was booting the team up the arse on a weekly basis in order to get them to do things for him.

Heidfeld doesn't strike me as the sort of person who would do that.

I think Petrov his raw-pace is better than Heidfelds this season
points don't always tell the whole story

To be fair what Boullier is saying is that Heidfeld's qualifying needs improving which is something that Nick himself has said..

Considering that the teams have told Bernie that a December 11th finale is out of bounds...maybe not?

I do want to know exactly why Bernie is so desperate almost to get Bahrain back on the calendar. They had a contract to hold the race on March the whatever, they failed to uphold that contract, and neither FOM nor the FIA owe them another date.

Surely India is much more commercial attractive than Bahrain?

He is threatening the parties from teams involved with Indian Grand Prix that if they oppose a December race, they might not get their race all together.

The full article about Bahrain:

http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport2/hi/formula ... 608826.stm

Quote:
"Formula 1 has always been a time where Bahrain showcases itself to the world not only as a sports arena but as society, a community that Bahrain as a nation has to offer. Formula 1 can bring back joy to the country."

Joy for all the rich douchebags ?

Cancel this shit and never come back.
