DTS will need a spinoff series for this.

So this could be Verstappens final race for Red Bull? Or will he wait until after the season to be loyal to Marko?

That would be quite a shock, the reigning champion out and the season would be wide open for anyone of the top 5 teams to win

Australia: Sainz not recovered, Hamilton already moves to Ferrari, Verstappen moves to Mercedes and wins, Ricciardo moves to Red Bull.

Sainz returns:

They have to sign up to DTS pre-season

If they didn't manage to talk red bull around to consenting to be a part of it for the next series, they're gonna be reduced to filming the Alpine chaos and seeing Horner getting Helmut Marko by the throat in the background of shots

Spoiler twist on a spoiler twist - it was the Andretti's who leaked the messages so they can buy the remnants of the team after it's all over.

Also this is amazing, we'll see Verstappen in the 3rd best car on the grid, Ricciardo in the best. This will make the season.

This is like the 1999 Chicago Bulls except it's happening during the season :8:

A good indicator of what controversies to expect on DTS is whether it's covered on F1.com. Nothing of this scandal has been remotely mentioned on F1.com, so unlikely we'll see it on DTS. As there hasn't been much official info in the public domain, doubtful any of the pundits on DTS will want to be tagged for slander/libel.

They never covered the Rich energy drama. I suspect anything that has legit real life legal issues is something they can't really cover

Imagine the drama they would had created if this thing existed back in 2000-09 when most of the stuff happened outside the track. Tire debacle in 2003 and 2005, Jenson contract disputes, Schumacher forced into retirement for Kimi, Montoya falling off his bike when playing tennis, Webber bullying Pizzonia and of course Briatore shenanigans and the spygate.

Not to forget JV almost getting married to the other Minogue sister, Irvine affair with Pamela Anderson and the on/off relationship between Hamilton and Scherzinger

Pretty cold hard words by Verstappen in the official post-qualifying presser. Found it very telling how he said Marko helped build this team, no mention of Horner, how is loyalty lies only with Marko and that it would directly affect his future with the team. I think he might have enough influence with RB senior management to have saved Marko's job with those statements.

So Marko is being investigated for leaks to the media? The only leaks I can see them being is the whatsapp messages unless there is something else I'm unaware of? If it is the whatsapp messages then boy oh boy..... I can't see him lasting EVEN with Max throwing his support. I think as long as Newey remains at the team, Horner will be happy.

I just cant see Max being stupid enough to leave the dominant team and car for a has-been squad, no matter how much loyalty he feels for Marko or how much money another team might throw at him. He wants to dominate and he won't do it with the mediocre cars the other teams are putting out.

If Max leaves, he leaves F1.

Yeah pretty much that. There hasn't even been a sniff of an article on the Andretti snub, considering it is pretty big news. Governing body grants a team an entry to get it snubbed by the commercial rights holder. But if your only source of F1 news was the official site you wouldn't have a clue about it. Liberty is approaching Dorna Sports levels of "though shall not question anything about the overlords! It is all sunshine and rainbows".

Good video about the first part of this weekend developments, already hinting at Toto - Marko talks.

Well, real world f1 anyway

Could probably earn nearly as much in Esports with his reputation

But lets not kid ourselves, Max isn't walking away from a car where he can win titles and championships at his leisure

It has about as much threat to it as the "we're definitely making a breakaway series" stuff in 2009/2010
