Mechanics didn't wear goggles.

Mechanics didn't wear goggles.

Probably the kind of thing they've been turning a blind eye (pun not intended) all season but they want to make it a point for next year.

Wonder what happened to Sainz, he never left the pits.

It won't be. Next year, Max wins all the races.

Yeah, I know he's mad and I don't care. I do not care. I did not care then. I do not care now. I'm here to race him.

I think it will be impossible to repeat what Verstappen did this year.

First year since 1952 without a British winner (driver or team).

Bad race, yes.

Bad season: strongly disagree. I have seen many truly great races this season. The winner was always the same, but behind him there was more action than we saw in the last few seasons.

When did Red Bull stop developing their 2023 car and focus on 2024?

I fear the rest got relatively close because RBR stopped real development while the others kept going.

in the end was all about an old quote by Mauro Forghieri who said of Ferrari dominance in the 70's "back in the day they thought it was easy. When they catched on us they saw how hard it was"

it is never easy but they make it look like it is, felt like he played the season on easy mode

Yeah, there's always the odd great race in every dull season. (Well, except 2002/2004)
2011/2013 was a huge fight for 2nd

2019/2020 had some batshit crazy races and random winners

I don't think this year had quite as many surprises behind max, but there's always SOMETHING to focus on, no doubt

2013 was also meant to be a great title fight, but Pirelli chickened out

I´m not talking about the odd great race, I think over half of the races this season were really worth watching and could excite me from start to finish.

Once you accept that Verstappen was a league of his own that is.

Piastri won the sprint race for McLaren. Doesn´t count, but it´s something!

Agreed, there were only a handfull boring races. There were much worse years where 1 driver dominated.
