Lol no

A good shot at running 3rd until Leclerc passes him late on in his charge back through the field, maybe.

If Mercedes do win a race, it is going to be because both Bulls and Ferraris have hit problems, and yet Mercedes will tell that they won because they never stopped believing and it shows how hard they worked to overcome their troubles.

No track limits for Verstappen while clearly outside of the lines.
Hamilton not (yet) penalized for clearly holding up Albon.

Is the only thing saving Ricciardo from getting the boot before the season ends, Alpine holding Piastri to his contract for 2022 and not releasing him at all before December 31st (which seems completely likely now)?

On that note, is Gasly only safe because Mercedes wont let de Vries go early? He really sounds frustrated with the team since his deal with Alpine

Max must've made a mistake or been on really old tyres or something, his pace isn't vanishing

Nice one Carlos, that's delayed Max taking the lead by 10 laps or so...

He does doesn't he. Next year after probably race 3-4 onwards will be a bit juicy at Alpine.

That was infuriating. Why even have tarmac at the exit of such a slow turn? No car, or bike rider, is ever going to dig in and tumble there.
Tarmac is only there out of design laziness and it's ruining spectacle. Seen in the race last year too, held up by someone slower? Pass them off the track then ignore race control and gain 5 seconds to compensate the penalty. I guarantee you will see this tomorrow.
