The war between Hamilton and Verstappen intensifies with an overenthusiastic pass attempt from Max that retired both cars. Ricciardo claimed the first victory for McLaren in nearly 9 years

Easy win for Verstappen unless his car fails

I feel ambivalent. As much as I love Spa, Zandvoort and Monza (+ Suzuka), they usually prove to be the dullest races each year. But I still wouldn't change them any way. You just have to accept that the best tracks offer snoozers, while the worst tilkedromes in authoritarian regimes offer best action. Luckily, nothing beats the atmosphere of Monza, the home of Ferrari. That alone is enough to tolerate Sunday's inevitable uneventfulness.

At least F3, F2 and Porsches tend to be eventful here, more so than at Spa or Zandvoort. Looking forward to them.

I'm not sure a track full of depressed Tifosi watching a Max win and Maybe Merc 2-3 is gonna do much for the atmosphere 8O

Monza like to throw in spanners in the season (88, 99, 08, 20, 21 for example) so I hope something different will happen.

Hy guys, i will be at the Italian GP on saturday and sunday. I see info for sessions have been posted for each day so thankyou for that.
But i wanna know if someone got any info what kind or activities will be going on in the fan zone area. Like some DJs, driver autograph sessions and others maybe?

I was in Austria and there were activities for each day. Driver autographs session, random DJs playing music on stage etc.. was great.

This year is really good for me. Lots of motorsport events i visited, WRC Croatia, F1 Austria, MotoGP Austria and now Monza. Really great year for me.

Maybe ill go on DTM races in Austria, maybe dont know yet, the Red Bull ring track is just 210km from my home, around 2h of driving.
But now looking forward to Monza (i was there too in 10,11 and 13)

as if Ferrari's season isnt Ferrari enough, apparently one of their trucks had brake issues on the way from Zandvoort to Monza. The one carrying their engines. Could potentially cause issues.

I'm just here to see Mattia get chased down the frontstretch post-race by the Tifosi after pulling off another clown show pit strategy.

Really happy for you! A lot of nice events!
Since I'm not driving the only thing that I'm looking for is FE in Berlin next year

It's so damn annoying to see his quotes. He says nothing needs to change and then says Ferrari aims to win all races while even their P2 at constructors is in jeopardy. So ridiculous.

he looks like those football managers on thin ice, claiming the work is being done and everything is ok, just to be sacked after a goal less home draw which might happen at Monza

if it was Marchionne or Montezemolo running the operation he would be gone in no time

Ferrari's special livery for Monza is everything you'd expect from Ferrari this season......
