The incompetence of Ferrari, Sainz his engineer sounds so dumb, says it's a 5 second stop go. If sainz follows that he would have come in, luckily sainz is smart and knows the rules better than his engineer.

Judging by all the outside passes inducing understeer in the car being passed being penalised in Austria, resulting in contact, that's a clear penalty for the Haas there.
